For Flat Belly

For flat belly, have you spent lot of time and money?  Are you looking for the ways to get flat stomach? You may be wondering how to reduce stomach fat and get flat belly?  The truth is we do not gain belly suddenly.  It is over a period of time that we gain weight.  So when we are trying to burn belly fat, it will take some time, may be many months to lose that extra fat we have gained.  Along with regular exercises, diet control and following some home remedies we can start losing belly fat.  Here are three home remedies which we can easily follow at home.

1.  Chew few curry leaves every day to lose weight.  Curry leaves has good medicinal properties and helps in faster digestion.

2.  In a glass of lukewarm water, add 1 - 2 tsp of lemon juice and honey and drink it in empty stomach. This helps to liquefy fat and aids in flushing it from your system more quickly.

3.  Take 1 tsp of cinnamon powder and add it to boiling water along with honey.  After your dinner drink half of this preparation and keep the remaining half in the fridge.  The next day morning, take this preparation out from the fridge and after 10-20 minutes drink it in empty stomach.  This helps to burn the extra fat and best results can be seen after few months.

  1. Nice Tips. I'd suggest drinking the glass just before a meal to fill you up so you feel fuller, stopping you from eating too much.

  3. Sounds interesting. No matter how much weight I lose, i always hold on to that little belly. I'll have to give some of these simple tips some consideration.
